Celebrate the Holiday Season with zany twists on all your favourite holiday stories! Short dances depict short stories of what happens when the Ghosts of Christmas meet for a dinner party, when Santa encounters a blizzard on Christmas Eve, when you lose a winter mitten, when Christmas Lights came to life, and how traditions can change at a Masquerade Ball. It's spooky, delightful, and joyful! 

The Alberta Dance Theatre company had to pivot their performance into dancing on film one at a time after rehearsing in the hallways of cSPACE in our small rehearsal groups. What you are about to see is our efforts of adapting our choreography, cues, location, and so many more last minute changes due to new Government of Alberta restrictions released one week before our show. We learned so much throughout our season and hope you enjoy what we were able to create!

Alberta Dance Theatre is based in Mohkinstsis located in the Treaty 7 region and traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, the Tsuut'ina First Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda. The City of Calgary is also home to the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region III.

Alberta Dance Theatre supports performers in Grades 2-12 during an intense 10 week rehearsal period where they collaborate with professional artists to create an annual production. This unique creation experience builds creators of the arts and develops skills the young company can take with them into all aspects of their life. Perform. Build confidence.
